HÜRNER® HWT 160-M+ Workshop Butt Fusion Welder 32-160mm OD

This is a practical plastic butt-welding machine for jointing PE and PP pipes and fittings from O. D. 32 ‑ 160 mm (1½" ‑ 6") with the heating element process, which caters for PP pipes of up to SDR 11 and PE pipes of up to SDR 17.6

This movable welder that represents the next generation ships with wide aluminum master clamping assemblies into which steel reducers or (optionally) aluminum reducers can be fitted.

The machine can be used both in the workshop and on worksites. It offers many opportunities for application and is especially suitable for sanitary installations, drain piping, and pipes for conveyance under pressure.

The machine ships with a sturdy stand, an electrical facing tool, an electronically controlled heating element, and all reducer inserts. The master clamps offer flexible positioning at an angle of up to 15 deg., thereby enabling segmented-bend manufacturing in sizes 32 ‑ 160 mm (1½" ‑ 6").
